Camera Essentials guarantees that you will be satisfied with your purchase of our products, or we will return your money within one week of purchase.

Harrison Film Changing Tents and Harrison Changing Bags are warranted as to materials and workmanship for the first 6 months of purchase.

In the event of any defect in materials or workmanship discovered within 6 months of sale, these film changing tents and bags will be replaced at no charge. Except for such replacement, the sale or use of Camera Essentials Tents or Bags is without any warranty or liability even though defect, damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault, and Camera Essentials shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting there from.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO FOLLOW OUR TESTING PROCEDURES BEFORE USING THE HARRISON FILM CHANGING TENT OR BAG.


Storing Your Film Changing Tent

Store your Harrison Tent loosely (unrolled) in a cardboard box. If you have silica packets, you can put them in the box with the tent.

Use our stuff sack for travel only. The fabric needs to ‘breathe’ when it is stored for long periods of time.

Don’t store your film changing tent in an area with extreme temperature variations (ie. car trunk, garage). This can damage the fabric over time.

Cleaning Your Tent or Bag

Turn the tent inside out to clean the interior. Either sponge clean with water or a mild solution of dishwashing soap, or soak in a bucket of water. Set the tent up to completely air dry after washing.Machine washing or drying will damage the coating on the fabric – never machine wash or dry-clean your tent or bag. Don’t use cleaning products on the tent, as chemicals can damage the fabric coating.

Include your return shipping address, contact phone number, and a description of the repair. Please use tape to indicate where the problem is. We will call you when we receive your tent to let you know if there will be a cost to do the repair.

We can repair zippers, seams, and elastic. We can’t repair fabric damage. Please call us to discuss if you have fabric damage.
