Harrison Film Changing Tents and Harrison Changing Bags are warranted as to materials and workmanship for the first 6 months of purchase. In the event of any defect in materials or workmanship discovered within 6 months of sale, these film changing tents and bags will be replaced at no charge. Except for such replacement, the sale or use of Camera Essentials Tents or Bags is without any warranty or liability even though defect, damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault, and Camera Essentials shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting therefrom.

Order Confirmation

You will recieve a confirmation of your order via email, including UPS or Federal Express Tracking number and the total amount to be charged on your credit card. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately of the back order.

Shipping

Most items ship within a day of ordering. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays. See the chart below for approximate shipping times.

Domestic Shipping

UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air

Federal Express, Priority Next day (10:30 am) Standard Next Day, and Economy 2-Day.

For overnight delivery in the continental US, you must place your order before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time, Monday- Friday.

International Shipping

UPS Express (2-3 business days), Expedited (4-5 business days).

Federal Express Priority (2-3 business days), Economy (4 business days).

International Shipping does not include any inbound taxes or duties. Shipping times can be affected by customs clearance.

REPAIRS

Should your Camera Essentials product require repair, please send the product to us with your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the problem.  We will evaluate your product and contact you with a repair quote.

We can repair or replace broken zippers, repair seams and replace elastic.
